The Student Records Office provides service to students, faculty, and staff in matters relating to registration, transfer credit, transcripts, degree progress, graduation, diplomas, and academic policy and requirements.
Student Records Online
Online registration has arrived!
Student Records is proud to announce online registration is now live!
Spring 2009 Priority Registration will be our first online registration event. Registration is done through WebAdvisor, which you can do at any computer with an Internet connection.
Continuing students will be emailed their assigned registration times beginning October 27, 2008. Students also can review their assigned registration times by logging into WebAdvisor and selecting My Registration Priority.
Prepare yourself for online registration by following the steps outlined in the Online Registration Instructions (pdf).
The activation of online registration is the final of many steps that moves Student Records into an online environment. Your records are now fully accessible online and available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Withdrawal Period
Students may withdraw from a class through Friday, November 7, 2008, at the Student Records Office on either campus.

Transcripts
The Student Records Office will be closed for winter break Monday, December 22 through Friday, January 2, 2009, and will reopen Monday, January 5, 2009. All transcript requests need to be received in the Student Records Office by Wednesday, December 17, to ensure they are processed before the break. Any transcript requests received after December 17 will be processed following the college's reopening January 5, 2009.
