Bay Area Alumni Soiree
On Thursday, December 11, 2008, Bay Area alumni gathered at alum Douglas Sandberg's (Film 1978) photography studio in San Francisco for a holiday soiree. We extend our appreciation to Douglas for generously hosting the event!
The theme was "photo frenzy." With archival photos from CCA(C) on display, disposable cameras available to capture spontaneous snapshots, and a photo gift exchange, the studio was the perfect setting. Sparkling wine, a visit from President Steve Beal, and the company of fellow alumni made for a festive occasion. (Be sure to view photos from the event.)
Holiday Art Fair
Buy or sell unique gifts while enjoying live jazz music and holiday treats on Saturday, December 6, from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. on the Oakland campus. If you are interested in selling your artwork, crafts, or homemade goodies, please register in person at the Oakland Student Affairs Office or by submitting the online form.
