Spring 2009

See Spring 2009 Courses for a complete list of courses by title, or simply select your area of interest below.

Whether a one-day workshop or a comprehensive 30-hour course, day, evening, and weekend classes are scheduled throughout the year to accommodate even the busiest schedule.

We hope that you will take this opportunity to explore the traditional or the unexpected at California College of the Arts. We look forward to seeing you on campus this semester!

Eligibility

Individuals must be at least 18 years old to enroll in Extended Education courses, with the exception of the High School Studio Courses and the All Hallow's Eve: The Figure by Candlelight class.

Please check if the desired course has prerequisites. If a prerequisite is indicated, you must meet the requirement prior to taking the course.

Course Locations

Courses with call numbers in the 100 range meet at the college's San Francisco campus. Courses with call numbers in the 200 range meet at the Oakland campus. (See How to Get Here for directions to each campus.)

Your registration confirmation notes specific classroom locations. If a classroom is not noted, signs directing you to your classroom will be posted on the first day of class. A campus map will be enclosed with your registration confirmation.

Please bring your registration confirmation to the first class.

Supplies

Please check the description of the course you are registered for to see if you need to bring any supplies to the first session.

If the course description omits stating necessary supplies, you need only show up for class. If any supplies are required thereafter, your course instructor will discuss that in class.

Most studio courses require purchasing supplies.
